Since the time of establishment, our company has taken gquality standardh as our fundamental stance for production. The reason being that the customersf confidence towards quality leads to their trust towards our company. Since 1992, our company has set up a quality assurance system for our clothing product business. Through this system, we actively seek for customersf opinions\be it a possible flaw they find, or their satisfaction towards our products. We make it our goal to attend to our customersf complaints and requests, to ensure customer satisfaction and to improve product quality.

Within our group, Daidoh Limited and our retailers have set up gCustomer Servicesh to handle any complaints our customers may have, to answer inquires, and to handle any requests for alterations, etc. Gathering and analyzing information on our products from our outlets make it possible for us to manufacture products that can guarantee our customers satisfaction. As such, we inject our efforts to all companies and all departments, to conduct quality improvement planning and superior quality product development, and preventive measures against any product defects.
At the change of the season we will be sending a follow-up letter to our
customers. Along with explaining how to wash and how to store the goods
purchased, we will receive feedback about whether the customer is happy
with
our product.
We are trying to ensure that our customers can use our products in a good
condition in the following years.

Furthermore, to help our staff gain confidence in productions and sales, we conduct workshops where information on product quality is shared, and examples of defective goods are displayed. We also actively organize public relations activities, and hold information exchanges with professions in the cleaning industry, textile manufacturers, other apparel manufacturers and retailers, and consumer groups.
